WebExcel has some great functions available for working with long phrases (strings). It has RIGHT, LEFT, and TRIM to manage sub-strings. It also has FIND and SEARCH to look for specific characters or sub-strings inside a phrase. The only problem is that FIND and SEARCH look from left to right in a string. WebOpen the CSV file using Notepad. Click "File > Save As". In the dialog window that appears - select "ANSI" from the "Encoding" field. Then click "Save". Open this new CSV file using Excel - your non-English characters should be displayed properly. OR Import the CSV file into Excel - Import or export text (.txt or .csv) files
