WebbI regularly see guys at Golds benching 315-405, some guys juiced to the gills, some natty. At the powerlifting / bodybuilding gym I've joined, 405 -495 isn't super uncommon to see, but they are all juicy as fuck. The heavy squats and deads are more rare.
