WebFeb 25, 2024 · Any GPU not being limited by a CPU will hit 99-100% on any game that uses the hardware. Having lower than normal performance usually comes along with a change somewhere else. In task manager is just the game using GPU resources? If its the only task using GPU resources, have you increased resolution or enabled DSR? Link to comment
