If it's not that simple, you may want to remove any conflicting animation files from xp32_New_Anim_Pack. Since pcea2 allows you to load animations while in game, perhaps those files are retroactively overwriting 360 animations even though they weren't during the launch of the game.

This is the typical problem of body mesh, skeleton and animation not fitting together. Maybe body mesh not properly weighted, maybe the animation with too much turning.
