WebThe dispellable debuff should highlight (color) frame with debuff color (blue for magic, purple for curse, etc.). I didn't setup up anything and it works out of the box like that. Also if you'd like to try your setting you can join some normal dungeon or raid via dungeon finder.

WebDecursive is way nicer though. It works on any toon that has a dispell/purge/whatever and lights up to let you know to remove a debuff from another player, even if you didn't realize there was one to dispell.
