I can use CPU-Z to benchmark and/or stress test the CPU and I get the CPU frequency at 5.1GHz no problem. No errors on the "Limit Reasons" page lit up on ThrottleStop. I can get a decent score there. Cinebench on the other hand... it doesn't boost the 5.1. It just stays stuck at 4.8GHz.

The fact that it hits 100c so quickly has me thinking something is wrong. Based on the reviews I was seeing about thermal performance with the 13600k I was expecting to max out at 80-90c. If you want to prove stability run Prime 95 small for 20 minutes at the least or blend for 30-40 minutes. I should have mentioned prime95.
