Most dedicated drops have a drop rate of 10%, 5%, 3.33% etc. regardless of playthrough. The only thing that increases with playthroughs is better nondedicated drops. (ie chests, lootslposions, and so on.) WebTo be honest the conference call isnt even worth farming for after the patch when the game first came out. After the patch it became almost useless.
